"My eyes looked more toned and refreshed and less hooded"

Towards the end of 2015, we selected one of our customers, Kath, to trial the very popular NuFACE Trinity and report back on her findings to us. The device uses Microcurrent to stimulate the facial muscles, giving lift and tone to the face. Kath has had great success with the Clarisonic she purchased last year (you can read more about her story here) so we felt she would be a great candidate for giving us an honest review of the second biggest selling beauty device in the US.

NuFACE Before and Afters: A CURRENTBODY Customer Review

I was lucky enough to be sent the NuFACE Trinity to trial by Emily from Current Body in October 2015.

I was very excited to try this as I am ageing and have had a few years of stress and uncertainty over my health. The results of this difficult time showed in my face.

Once my item arrived I read through the instructions and charged my item for the required time stated. I ensured I smoothed the conductive gel all over my face as I read if you don't you feel a small tingle. I have sensitive skin and the gel was not an issue at all.

It was so easy and smooth to use I was unsure if I was using it correctly so I looked at the YouTube video CurrentBody had produced for the NuFACE Trinity. I was pleased to see I was using it correctly and that you wouldn't feel a sensation or that the facial muscles would not contract.

I took a few before & after photos and you can see my skin looks firmer. It also feels firmer and my open pores were not so large. When I apply my mineral foundation, I notice that the make up is going on smoother and that I look like I have used a primer, which I have not.

I use the device twice a day. First thing when I wake up, I put the coffee on to brew and I apply the conductive gel, then I walk around the house using the device. By the time the coffee is ready, I am on my last minute of using the NuFACE. I like to spend longer in the evening using it, so I do get a mirror so I can focus my movements with the device.

So far I am very happy with the progress and will continue to use the NuFACE as I can really see the results. My next step will be to incorporate the Advanced Holds and improve my new routine even more.

10th May

I have now been using the advanced targeting around my eyes for some weeks and I am blown away by the results. The lines around my eyes are noticeably different in the updated before and after images and I can’t believe my lovely looking skin!

I adore the Wrinkle Reducer attachment... it's simple, yet so effective. I use my trinity with all the attachments everyday, yet with this one I get excited as it really does work. I've been using it daily for 3 months and I can see a major difference in the texture and plumpness of my skin. I have to take daily medication which has left my skin looking dull & sallow. I checked with my GP first if this would be ok to use & it was. After 3 months you can visibly see that my skin is glowing and a small sunspot on my cheek is fading. I've noticed my wrinkles are softer around my eyes and this is just amazing as often I would pile on creams & serums, which would only make my eye area even more puffy & irritated. I use this every morning... it's now part of my morning ritual alongside brewing coffee & brushing my teeth. You do feel a warmth when using it & it beeps after 3 mins to prompt you to move onto the next section of your face. It has given me back confidence to go without that extra coverage of foundation as my skin is looking better than ever. Plus the team at Current Body are amazing.
