I am very happy with this product because it really heats up fast and curls my hair well. The curls stay for the whole day if I use adequate hairstyling products, likely because I'm in a humid country. The only issue I have might be that the tapered barrel takes some getting used to - I find that my hair slips from the wide to narrow end easily. I'm still figuring out if it's the position I place the wand or if I should use more tension in winding my hair against the wand.
