Raised silicone dots on the inside of the mask have been proven to increase relaxation, even more than a cotton eye mask. In a clinical study, 12 participants slept with the mask for 5 consecutive nights and slept without it for another 5 consecutive nights. Here’s what happened when they wore the mask:

This mask not only works wonders for your sleep quality, but it also reduces fine lines and wrinkles while you rest. Lines are formed by muscle contractions under your skin, forming two types of wrinkles; dynamic and static.
Using 2R Technology™ (resistance and relaxing), the silicone dots gently grip your skin to prevent muscles from contracting. This resistance helps prevent sleep creases (usually caused by your pillow) for smoother skin and wrinkle prevention.

The mask blocks out all light when wearing it, so it’s perfect for those who are disturbed by light when they sleep.
You need to make sure the silicone dots are in contact with your skin in order for the mask to work; they should be lightly pressing onto your skin. Because of this, you may have temporary red marks on your face after the treatment - but these should disappear after a few minutes.
Yes, apply then allow to dry.
Wipe the silicone dots clean with a dry cloth. Do not iron or tumble dry. When required, machine wash the mask on a low temperature.
Yes. The mask is a great complementary treatment to fillers, helping maintain their effects.
The mask is made from mulberry silk (not suitable for vegans), with an elastic headband and silicone dots.

I didn’t realize all of this time how much ambient light in my bedroom was impacting my sleep. Also the air movement from the fan drying out my eyes. I’ve done my best to cover all light sources but it doesn’t matter even light outside the window must have been impacting my sleep. Because now that I’ve worn this mask, I’ve had the best nights of sleep I have had in probably over 15 years! I didn’t even know I was missing it until I wore it and slept like a baby!
