How to use
Step 1: Remove the strips from the foil packet. One is for your top teeth, and the other for the bottom.
Step 2: Ensure your teeth are dry. Place the shorter strip on the lower teeth. Then place the longer strip on the top.
Step 3: Leave for 1 hour.
Step 4: Once done, remove the strips and rinse away any gel that’s left over.
Repeat every day for 2 weeks. For maximum results, use the Spotlight Toothpaste for Whitening Teeth.
