I've been using the shorts for almost 5 weeks, 6 days a week for 30-40 min. I can see my bottom looks a little bit more toned but I think you have to workout that part of your body if you really want to see a difference. I think it's a great complement for your workout but I don't think it will make much difference on it's own.
