Designed to be used on the face, neck and decollete, this 0.5mm Microneedling Roller by OLIVIEREWILSON will give you a more youthful appearance. What is Microneedling?

Using ultra fine microneedles, a dermaroller is rolled over the skin to create ‘micro injuries’. These injuries accelerate skin cell regeneration, as the cells rush to repair the broken tissue. Collagen and elastin production are stimulted, making the skin more supple and plumper, smoothing out any fine lines and wrinkles.

How to use

Perform your microneedling treatment in the evening before bed.

Step 1: Cleanse

Perform your regular cleansing routine, then pat your skin dry.

Step 2: Roll

On dry skin, roll over your face, neck and decollete. Try rolling horizontally, vertically and diagonally for the best results. Be careful not to apply too much pressure on the skin and avoid rolling over your eyelids and lips.

Step 3: Hydrate

Serum is best absorbed in the first 3-5 minutes after treatment, as the ingredients will sink into the micro channels you have created with the microneedling roller. Use a serum like Hyaluronic Acid to boost the rejuvenation process. You could also use a milk Retinol or Vitamin C serum. Avoid using harsh products like AHAs (e.g. Glycolic Acid).

You may feel a slight tingling sensation when applying skincare products after treatment, this is completely normal. After treatment clean the roller with sanitising spray.

Contraindications

For external use only. Store in the protective case provided. Do not use on open wounds, irritated skin or if the needles appear damaged. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Does not work

These things do not work. Ive been using it for months every week and I cannot see absolutely any improvement. Its not working for neither the face nor the scalp. Not even small improvements, nothing. Im only left to believe is just an overpriced device capitalising on social media trends.

Longer than average needles, works well

Deep skin penetration; I used this in conjunction with The Ordinary & I’m pleased with the results given the very low cost of both the micro needle tool and the skin treatment based on a salon equivalent. I’ll be doing this at home from now on.

Seems very good but not used it long enough yet

I’ve only had this a few weeks so probably too early to give any long term reviews but so far so good. Feels very slightly uncomfortable but not painful and skin does seem brighter since using.
