I spent the money and was seeing the results but wrote to them when my particular device quit working within one month. The president of the company took the time to call me, apologize and sent me a prepaid return sticker and after I sent it back, he called me to let me know that my replacement was on the way and I got it. Have you ever come across that sort of amazing customer service? I had not until this experience.

This mask is so comfortable and easy to use. I use it sitting up with the supporting head band that attaches, I also use it on its own lying down by supporting it in front of my face. Best thing is the treatment only takes 8 mins. I am using 3 times a week. I have been using for a month now before writing a review but I did notice an improvement in my skin after only a week or so. I am 54 and have noticed it has restored some radiance back to my dull skin, it has also reduced redness and evened out some mild discoloration I had. I'm one happy bunny!!!

I do think that we get pressed for a review a little too early though. I am told that you don't necessarily get instant results so I am hoping that it takes time because I haven't seen a massive improvement up to now. I am reserving judgment until the 12 week sweet spot.... hence the 2 star rating. The product is easy to use and assemble. What drove me to purchase this product was that it treated the whole face at the same time so it took less time to use than other products. Also, I liked the fact that you didn't have to buy expensive lubricating gels.

Product is well made its a bit early to notice any real results but my skin is looking more glowing already, hence the 4 not 5 stars you need to give any new products at least 6 weeks I have been consistently using every other day the Beauty of this mask is it only takes 8 minutes a session.

I reviewed a lot of masks before I decided on this one, glad I did, so easy to use very relaxing, been using it for a few weeks with great results my pores are hardly noticeable my skin is softer with fine lines and wrinkles also improved, my skin looks, brighter also with improved skin tone, face also looks tightened.
