How to Use:
For best results, use the restorer in the evening after a bath.
The Body Restorer should be used on the key areas that carry your stress the most, these are your chest area, neck and shoulders and your back.
Apply the Hayo'u De-Stress Body oil to your selected area and use the rounded edge of the tool to ‘press stroke' (stroke whilst firmly pressing the tool) against the skin.
You should notice some redness on the skin, this is good as it means the blood is coming to the surface of the skin and unnecessary heat is leaving the body (it is this heat which causes stress within the body).
Repeat for each area of the body. The whole treatment should take around 1 minute.

The Hayo’u tool is a wonder. I have had stone gua sha massagers before but much prefer this one for my face and body. Using it connects me to my body and feels great. And as a bonus my skin is glowing and my cellulite improved. Love it.
