Inspired by Chinese medicine, using the Hayo'u Bamboo Tapper is a simple and effective way to support and maintain your health. The massage therapy, called Pai sha, involves tapping firmly all over your body. By incorporating this into your daily routine, you will encourage and boost the flow of blood around your body. By using the tapper for just 1 minute a day, the technique will invigorate your skin and body, releasing any tensions and even supporting lymphatic drainage.
