Can this be used on any skin colour or type? YES. It is suitable for all skin types including sensitive, dry, irritated or blemish prone.
Are there any side effects? A small number of users experience headaches – it is recommended to take a pain relief medicine and rehydrate.
When will I see results? You will usually see results after 4 weeks, if not before.
Are there any products I should avoid using after treatment? NO - LED red and infrared light is a gentle treatment that will enhance your skin without creating sensitivity.
Does it hurt? Is it hot? The device is pain free. It does not generate heat during or after treatment, so it does not feel hot or uncomfortable.

This device can be used if you have a pacemaker.
The device has been created to give the optimum dose of LED to rejuvenate the skin in the quickest time. Recommended treatment time is 10 minutes for each hand. There are no adverse effects to using it for longer, but the impact of longer-use has not been tested so there is no guarantee of better results.
The LEDs in the device emit both red and infrared light. This is the equivalent of 72 individual LEDS.
The device cannot be disposed of in household rubbish. It should be taken to a local authority facility where a professional can remove the lithium ion battery safely. However, the packaging is recyclable.
Only charge the device from the mains using the plug supplied.
You may travel with the device. However, it has a lithium ion battery so you need to ensure the device is switched off before you pack it in your luggage. Check with your airline to see if they would prefer you take it hand luggage.
It can be used on tattoos but it is recommended you wait for 7 days before using the device after having a new tattoo.
The device will not damage your eyes. It has been tested to international eye safety standards and protection is not required.
The device delivers 30 milliwatts per cm2, 18 joules m2 with 633 and 830nm. These are the only wavelengths that are shown to be effective in peer reviewed clinical studies.
DO NOT use the device if you are pregnant, wanting to get pregnant or breastfeeding.
DO NOT use the device if you have diabetes. It has not been tested on people with diabetes. Please consult your doctor if you wish to use the product.
DO NOT use the device if you have any condition that causes sensitivity to light - e.g. Lupus erythematosus, photosensitive eczema or Albinism. DO NOT use the device if you are taking medication that can cause light sensitivity - this includes certain antibiotics, chemotherapy drugs, and diuretics. If you are unsure about any medication consult your doctor.
DO NOT use this device if you have a genetic eye condition.
Be aware that other substances can cause light sensitivity: St John’s Wort, Coal tar, deodorants, antibacterial soaps, artificial sweeteners, naphthalene (moth- balls), petroleum products, brightening agents found in laundry detergent, and cadmium sulphide (a chemical injected into the skin during tattooing).
