Why it works

Radio frequency (RF) works a lot like light therapy (LED) to stimulate your cells to make more collagen and other helpful fluids. What's different is that LED uses light and RF uses electrical energy to do this. Step 1: Apply the gel to your clean, dry face.

Step 2: Turn on and pick the right power setting for you (start low and go up).

Step 3: Starting from the top, put the tool on your face with all 4 electrodes touching.

Step 4: Swirl the device in slow circles in a small area until the light goes orange. Do a few more passes then move on to the next area.

Step 5: Repeat until the whole face is completed (around 20 minutes). Clean and store device.

Step 6: Rinse off the gel and apply moisturiser to your face.

Note: You can also use the device for just a few minutes to target specific areas like the forehead and around your mouth.
