The Luna is a skincare device that helps to provide a super effective cleanse whilst also being as gentle as possible. The Luna's T-Sonic waves (transdermal sonic pulsations) are channelled through smooth silicone touch points, going deep into the skin to drive out impurities whilst passing gently and smoothly across the skin's surface. This little beauty is perfectly designed to bring out your skin's natural radiance from within - not strip away the surface: - Easy to use - just apply cleanser, wet your Luna and go. The Luna is completely waterproof too so it can be used as part of your daily shower routine. - Only 2 minutes use morning and night for healthier, more radiant skin. - One charge give you up to 450 uses. You heard right. - Soft-touch silicone makes the device easy to clean and super hygienic - no more moving bacteria around your face. - Relaxing Anti-Ageing Mode uses a lower frequency of pulsations to help fight signs of ageing.

After hearing what the Luna could do I was convinced - the only thing was, I wasn't entirely sure which type to go for. I'm pretty sure that if I was wondering it, then some of you may be wondering too. So without further ado, here's the CurrentBody guide to choosing the right Foreo Luna for you...

CurrentBody's Ultimate Guide to Choosing your Foreo Luna

Normal / Sensitive

Normal/Sensitive Luna

The Issues:

Congestion, dullness, dryness, pollution.

Your Skin:

Even if your skin isn't 'problem skin', it still needs regular care and maintenance to look its best when battling the effects of day-to-day life - things like pollution, changes in the weather, the occasional late night... You may have the occasional spot or blackhead, or may feel some dryness/tightness if you aren’t wearing moisturiser. You may sometimes experience sensitivity to some skincare products or react to extreme weather conditions. In other words - you've got pretty normal skin!

Why Normal/Senstive Luna?

This Luna is great for all-round cleansing, care and maintenaince for keeping your skin at its best. The brush area consists of a bed of soft silicone touch points (nodules), with thicker touch points at the top for tackling those hard-to-reach areas (especially the area around the nose, I've found!). And the Luna's 8 adjustable speed settings help you to adapt your cleanse to your skin's varying needs.

Combination

Combination Luna

The Issues

Breakouts, excessive blackheads, oil, long-standing blemishes.

Your Skin:

The Combination Luna user will mostly be concerned with excess oil and the many problems that come with it - such as breakouts, an oily t-zone, a build-up of blackheads, excessive shine and so on!

Why Combination Luna?

If you dream of clear skin and want to regulate your skin's oil production for cleaner, brighter skin, then Combination is for you. If you have oily skin, then it's often very tempting to focus more on problem areas. The Luna's brush surface consists of carefully designed thin and thick touch points at intervals (again with those thicker touch points at the tip of the brush bed for hard-to-reach areas!). These variable thicknesses, in combination with the pulsating timer (which tells you when to move on to the next area of your face), help you to treat your whole face evenly, to help even out combination skin.

Ultra-Sensitive Luna

Sensitive Luna

The Issues:

Extreme sensitivity to touch/product/temperatures or extreme, active acne.

Your Skin:

The Sensitive Luna is sensitive’s skin’s best friend. If you have extreme sensitivity, it's likely you have the same concerns as most people (ageing, congestion, dullness) but you may find yourself unable to care for your skin effectively due its sensitivity.

Why Sensitive Luna?

Sensitive Luna enables you to super-charge the products that work for you. This Luna has soft ridges rather than touch point nodules, to ensure that excessive pressure is not applied to the skin. Especially effective for ‘painful to the touch’ acne, with the Ultra-Sensitive Luna you can deep clean and treat your skin problems gently, without making them worse by causing trauma to the skin! As with all the other models, adjustable speed settings help you adapt your Luna routine to your skin's changing needs.

Luna for Men

Luna for Men

The Issues:

Ingrown hairs, congested skin, dullness.

Your Skin:

Men tend to have a thicker, oilier skin than women do, and the touch points on the LfM reflect this by being thicker and firmer allowing for a deeper cleanse.

Why Luna for Men?

The Luna Men is great for treating skin unique to you bearded folk - whether you're growing one or not! When used before shaving, the LfM helps to lift the hairs providing a closer shave, less sensitivity to the razor and therefore less ingrown hairs - but it's also great for effective cleansing of a beard if you have one.

- Smart, compact, waterproof and easy-clean - perfect for those on the go. - Adjustable speed settings to adapt to your skin's needs. - USB charged for the ultimate convenience - with up to 300 uses per charge.

There you have it - there's a Foreo that's perfect for everyone.
