It's good, but it's not as great as the slender belt. It's a bit more annoying to get on and off. But still effective and easy enough to use. I now have the belt, arm toner and the bottom accessory, this is the one I use the least.

Bought all the 3 slendertone products (abs, bottom and arm) and I am very satisfied with each! My muscles feel so sore the day after that it’s actually unbelievable. I had some doubts but I thought to give it a try and no looking back. Highly recommended! Personally I find the one working on the thighs and bottom the best.

I’ve had a Slendertone device for over ten years, they work and I love them. This was a replacement shorts garment for my controller as the Velcro had worn away on my ‘skirt’.. the older design for the bottom and thigh pads. The shorts are not as easy to place the pads correctly and it seems odd that they are stretchy ‘one sizes fits all’; I’m certain they will stretch and go baggy after multiple pulling off and ons. Still great device but not the best design for the bottom and thigh pads.
