The LED Light Therapy Mask Series 2 has 236 bulbs:

This wavelength has more recently been shown in scientific evidence to be highly effective for skin renewal and wrinkle reduction, penetrating up to 10mm into the hypodermis to stimulate collagen production deep below the surface of the skin.
Power alone doesn’t determine the effectiveness of LED masks. In fact, excessive power could harm the skin, while lower power over a longer period often delivers the best results. I started using this product about 6 weeks ago and I can definitely see the results. The lines around my lips and mouth aren't as deep as they used to be. Just remember to be eating a healthy diet with lots of greens and antioxidants to help the body clear away and rebuild for better skin.

As someone who already has good skin for 31 (no fine lines, minimal pores, fairly clear, use collagen) this was simply an addition to add say 20-30% more ‘glow’ and clearness (made my sand coloured skin more uniformly pigmented) - but after 3 months it has not made any huge WOW effect. Its simply an extra add on for us skincare girlies who are dedicated!
On another note - as someone with a larger bridge of my nose - the mask weighed down quite heavily on my nose and would leave red marks on the bridge. Feels heavy as a device when upright so I always had to lay flat when using.
