Have been waiting to order one of these for a long time. I am very happy with my purchase and the shorts are very comfortable and fits very well - normally a size 10-12. Easy to put together and use.

I wear these to work under my scrubs sometimes and get that extra toning done while I am on the job nursing and simply go and take them off when the treatment/workout is finished! Its a really efficient way to maintain tone in the areas you want to while your distracted doing other things.

I am hoping that this will lift my bum. I have been using it for about 4 weeks and have noticed a slight difference.

I have only tried it a few times. You can feel it working but I haven’t seen a different yet but it is too soon to notice. Good quality.
