Very poor instructions. I had to phone the company to find out how it worked and the best setting to use it on. When I rang the firm a very helpful person agreed that better instructions were needed and explained how it worked. For a start there seem to be far too many settings. The AAA batteries dont last that long and are difficult to remove and refit I recall that one I had years ago was merely on or off and used an easily changed PP3 battery which lasted longer. The pads are showing signs of ageing and only one set is provided. Replacements are expensive. It is also very expensive for what you get. I recommend the product but bear the above in mind.

Made for slim people only so pretty pointless... did not see size guidelines when ordering.

This is my second one, I find them very effective as part of my exercise programme
