The product itself is fantastic – comfortable, effective, and exactly as described. However, the delivery experience was incredibly frustrating. It took a full week to receive my order, even though both the seller and I are in Hong Kong! The carrier rerouted it through Hong Kong Post, which caused unnecessary delays in such a small city. This was a major letdown and made me question ordering from them again. Overall, 4 stars for the item, but deducting points for logistics.

This mask hits all the right specs I was looking for in a LED mask (fluence and irradiance) I’ve been using face led mask for few years now(different brand) and wanted to add one for the neck. Was surprised by a fast delivery and a size of a mask: it’s quite big which is definitely a plus. The battery seems sturdy and is comfortable to hold. Their series2 face LED seems so interesting too- would like to try one day!
