Power alone doesn’t determine the effectiveness of LED masks. In fact, excessive power could harm the skin, while lower power over a longer period often delivers the best results. From the first time I used the mask I noticed my skin looked more glowy and my pores looked smaller. I've been using this about 5 days a week in the mornings and I love it. Not only does my skin look better, but I find that having the red light hit my eye lids improves my mood and I find it relaxing to do the 10 minute treatment.
