After trying out pads and tampons, I decided to progress to a menstrual cup. I was quite hesitant with the application aspect of it so I looked at YouTube tutorials which helped a lot. I have now used it through roughly 5 menstrual cycles. I struggled a bit with my first use and it only got worse with my second try. I was so frustrated when it kept leaking and I felt like giving up instantly but with practice I became more familiar with my anatomy, what fold to use, knowing when it's opened up, where to position it, etc. This has saved me money from constantly buying menstrual products, it doesn't leak now that I know what I'm doing and I don't feel anything so it's just an all around, worthy purchase. It may seem daunting at first but don't be put off!

It's a good product and easy to use especially to take put but the size guide is all wrong and it's too small and turns upside down making it extremely difficult to remove
