متى ينبغي تبديل اللاصقات ذات الأقطاب الكهربية؟

  • إذا كنت لا تحصلين على درجة القوة التي تحتاجين: إذا كان تحفيز العضلات ليس بالقوة الكافية التي اعتدت عليها، أو لا يمكنك استخدام الجهاز بدرجة القوة المعتادة، فقد تكون هناك حاجة إلى استبدال اللاصقات.
  • في حالة عدم استواء سطح اللاصقة أو تقشره: في حال حدوث هذا، يصير من غير الممكن توزيع نبضات EMS بالفعالية المعهودة. ويعني هذا أنك لن تحصلي على الفائدة المرجوة من علاجك.
  • في حال تعرض اللاصقات للتمزق، استبدليها فورًا.
